typical of a manic-depressive starting a million grandiose projects and not getting any any further than a couple of minutes off the ground before they crash and burn.

Beck started to go down hill when he started to go liberal.

For some reason the, "let's give the gang bangers teddy bears and soccer balls" shtick just didn't appeal to conservatives or people with two working brain cells.

He’s hanging on by the skin of his teeth waiting for an “I told you so” moment, under the assumption that Trump will lose. That’s the only hope he’s got.

He should be seen as a legitimate suicide risk. IT’s sad.

Was happening to Beck...way before Trump was the candidate.

Beck's been a slow tailspin for years now....

May Beck’s fall be long and painful. And then some.

2004-2010 were Beck’s golden years.

Genuinely funny radio, and a killer TV show. The guy was at the top and could have created something incredible from it.

Then he snapped, and became a nut.

I liked the fresh cleverness of Beck back then too. He had a great bunch of writers knocking out all sorts of pieces for him.

Once he started to become preachy, shortly after he changed his radio intro theme song, iirc, I lost interest.

Personal life
While working at WPGC, Beck met his first wife, Claire... The couple divorced in 1994 amid Beck’s struggles with substance abuse. He is a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, has said he has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).”...

By 1994, Beck was suicidal, and imagined shooting himself to the music of Kurt Cobain. He credits Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) with helping him achieve sobriety. He said he stopped drinking alcohol and smoking cannabis in November 1994, the same month he attended his first AA meeting. Beck later said that he had gotten high every day for the previous 15 years, since the age of 16...

Beck announced in July 2010 that he had been diagnosed with macular dystrophy, saying “A couple of weeks ago I went to the doctor because of my eyes, I can’t focus my eyes. He did all kinds of tests and he said, ‘you have macular dystrophy ... you could go blind in the next year. Or, you might not.’” The disorder can make it difficult to read, drive or recognize faces...

On November 10, 2014, Beck announced on TheBlaze that he had been suffering from a severe neurological disorder for at least the last five years. He described many strong and debilitating symptoms which made it difficult to work, and that he had “a string of health issues that quite honestly made me look crazy, and quite honestly, I have felt crazy because of them.” Beck related that a chiropractor who specializes in “chiropractic neurology”, Frederick Carrick, had “diagnosed [him] with several health issues, including an autoimmune disorder, which he didn’t name, and adrenal fatigue.” Over a period of ten months he had received a series of treatments and felt better. A number of medical experts have expressed doubt about the legitimacy of Beck’s diagnosis, treatment, and the credentials of the chiropractor, with Yale University neurologist Steven Novella dismissing chiropractic neurology as “pseudoscience”: “Chiropractic neurology does not appear to be based on any body of research, or any accumulated scientific knowledge,....[and] appears to me to be the very definition of pseudoscience.”

“After I heard levin say he’d vote Trump, I decided to see what glenbeck had to say.

Essentially, he said “great people sometimes have to stand alone” and then went on to compare himself to Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson etc.! “

His website once had a poll “Who is Glenn Beck most like? A. Walt Disney, B. Martin Luther King Jr. C. Aaron from the Bible.”

It’s a shame the poll didn’t let you write in your own ideas.

It was fun to watch him growing an empire - I honestly thought he could do it.

Then he went nuts.

I can’t believe NO ONE told him to knock it off with the #neverTrump stuff. It is SO IDIOTIC considering the evil mad cow he is running against

Beck would have remained fine as a casual observer but he injected his self into the process.

Tomi Lauren needs to run like hell away from Blaze.
Yea, I was sorry to see her leave OANN and even sorrier to see her get caught up with Beck.

Sounds like he put way too many irons in the fire way too fast. Why on earth was he making a claymation movie? Very bad business sense.

Glenn has always let his emotions run his mouth. I was a huge fan for many years and was willing to cut him some flack on some things; but his Blind Hatred and disenfranchisement of Trump and anyone who would dare throw their support behind him finished me. I canceled my Blaze subscription, all emails and have not purchased a single item from any oh his store fronts. Books included.

You see, Glenn has become the very person he despises. He is a dictator and is driven by some outside phenomena whom he calls God. In fact most Never Trumpers follow the same thing. They have no rational reason other than their own misguided hatred for anything that they cannot understand or control

Control, this is the one thing that the political Left and Right have in common; their need for utter control and they are quite prepared to disenfranchise millions of paid subscribers, advertisers; friends and family to keep hold of their petty beliefs. Dictator is an apt and fitting description.

Hatred destroys a man from the inside out.

Hey, Glenn? The next time you're taken to the top a very high mountain and showed your favorite kingdoms of the world in all their glory, and then offered a deal?

Next time, do NOT say: "That all sounds nice, but what else you got?" Okay?

Pretty sure even the Mormons you know will tell you that the correct answer in that situation is: “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’”

Oh, and btw, while you're up there on top of that mountain? Please say "Howdy" to Hillary for US.

Rumor 'round the cosmic campfire is, she and her husband are on the hook for one helluva package deal and that contract could come due anytime now.

that "nut" carried a lot of conservative water over the years...he educated many about Soros, progressive politics, bammy, the ongoing financial collapse....

no one is perfect...

no one can be in the lead at all times thru their lives....

so I'll give Beck a pass....

I don't listen to him...I got mad at him back in 08 when it took him ages to come out in favor of McCain and Sarah....Savage was the same way....

we have to win the war, not just the battle, and crucifying other people on our side in the end, will not help matters...
