My Sister married a Dane (born and raised in the old country) and he said “Finn’s are not Scandinavian ‘Tailback’. They don’t even speak a GERMANIC LANGUAGE! They speak some kind of Mongolian shit!”
I love how the various Scandinavians teased each other. Me being English, Irish, Welsh, with a bit of (feather) Indian and Black (the Indian and Black was mixed in a Great Grandmother who’s husband fought for the Confederacy)
Not to bust your chops but Finns are not ethnically Scandis more Slavic. They got lumped with them because they were the only western country bordering the Soviet Union. To be more accurate they are Nordic.
