If she has congestive heart failure, adding some fluid isn’t the remedy.
I mentioned that coughing is a symptom of congestive heart failure on another thread. Since Hillary is keeping her health a state secret, we won’t know until the autopsy.
Sounds like the best remedy to me.
I actually think she does have CHF. The lower extremity edema (cankles), the coughing, she seems to have put on quite a few pounds lately which is probably fluid retention. I actually think she has multiple health problems and that is just one of them.
PVD will also cause lower extremity edema and would explain her multiple DVT’s and throwing clots that could have caused these strokes. Hell she could have blood clots in her lungs now that’s causing her to cough. That would explain her taking warfarin.
Her drinking water and still coughing could also mean she is aspirating the water, which would point to neurological/the Parkinson’s rumor.
Not to be ugly but she seems to be a train wreck.
