This "woman" was on the Armed Services Committee and was Secretary of State for 4 years, and didn't know a classified marking when she saw it. You have two choices here, America:
1. Crooked Hillary is really, really stupid.
2. Crooked Hillary is lying.
1. and 2. cannot both be false. They could both be true, however.
I would come right out and declare she is appealing to the low information voter. Anyone who believes what she is saying cannot be very smart.
