Oh give me a break. She is possessing TS SAP and she doesn't know what "C" meant? She is obviously not qualified to be POTUS and certainly not qualified for SOS either.
2. SAP’s are so sensitive that even people who have security clearances giving them access to Top Secret Sensitive Compartment Information (TS SCI, an enormously high security clearance level), cannot have access to a SAP’s, unless they receive a special indoctrination into the SAP based on an operational “must know” that exceeds all other “need to know” standards.

As one who has held those types of clearances, there is no way she did not remember the extensive briefings required to gain access.

Well, remember when they asked if she wiped her server clean she said “You mean with a cloth?” and motioned her hand back and forth. She was dead serious, that’s how dumb she thinks the average American is, and it appears, she’s got good reason because around 47% hang on her every word.
