HI EVERYBODY!

The good news and the great news!

The good news is that even though Our 3rd Quarter FReepathon is now into its 3rd month, Our New Monthly Donor Campaign is into Record Breaking territory!! How's THAT for great news? PDG is what I say and now I'm the FReeper Sponsor for the next 10 New Monthly Donors! Given that I've already prepaid my $100.00 sponsorship, I'm fully confident that at least 10 more of you FReeper-Patriots will sign up to Donate Monthly!!

We will need another FReeper-Sponsor once y'all fill my 10 slots!

To remind everyone about the importance of Donating Monthly, please read Jim's explanation below!

If we could get our Monthly figure over $15,000 then they would represent $45,000 total for the quarter. That’s over half of our goal.


If my math is correct, with $15,000 in Monthlies, we could possibly be ending our fundraisers in under 30-40 days every quarter.

If we have a new fundraiser starting with a goal of $88,000 and it gets to about $30,000 (in three weeks or so) we could accrue the $45,000 in Monthlies and our new total would be $75,000 and there’d be only about $13,000 left to go.

With a big push we could probably raise that in a week to ten days and we’re done.

In other words, at $15,000 per month in Monthlies, our fundraisers would complete in half the time they take now.

If we could get to $20,000 per month in Monthlies they’d probably take less than three weeks to complete.

*If we could get to $30,000 per month in reliable Monthlies, we wouldn’t need fundraisers at all.

Currently, we have about 630 Monthlies totaling approx $11,000 per month or about $17.50 per monthly donation. UPDATE! = Now we have 670 Monthlies! Thank you very much, New Monthly Donors!


To get to $15,000 in Monthlies we’d need to keep those we have and add about 225 New Monthly Donors at about the same average.

A lofty goal, but doable.

Right now, we have Less than $7.5k to GO!

I would be neglect were I to forget to mention of Our 300 Club! FReeper I_be_tc sends in $100 per quarter and challenges 300 others to do the same. If we could get 300 FReepers to send in $100 per quarter, these FReepathons would complete much faster.

Right now we have 189 Donations of $100.00 or more, which accounts for $23,320.00 to the current total!!

I still think that when someone posts a vanity whose content could have been posted to an existing thread, either Jim, a Mod, or one of our FReepathon managers should post a comment that asks, "Did you contribute enough to FR to justify this vanity?"
