Trump didn't need to talk about Mexico paying for the wall, because THAT can be achieved 100% WITHOUT Mexico's involvement. When Trump enacts a rule whereby remittance payments to Mexico are TAXED TO PAY FOR THE WALL, there's not a damn thing Mexico can do about it. That's our jurisdiction, not theirs.

I guarantee Trump will mention HOW Mexico will pay for the wall in tonight's Arizona speech: Remittance payment tax!

There’s another way too. Same thing I’ve said for years about stopping illegal immigration, all I have to do is add one line...and pay for the wall.

Stop all foreign aid to Mexico and all countries south.

Stop tourist traffic into Mexico on a temporary basis, Americans are not safe south of the border.

Impose a 25% fee on all monetary wire transfers into Mexico.

Now you have their attention.

Tell Mexico to stop illegal immigration, with our cooperation, shut down the drug cartels and pay for the wall.

Watch how fast it happens. Mexico might even start building the wall themselves, just ask how high does he want it.
