The problem with Levin and yesterday's show is simply this.

Levin could have led his show with the revelation of 30 deleted Benghazi emails from Hillary Clinton’s illegal server, and talked for an hour about how she lied to Congress and the people about it. He could have talked about how deleting the emails and lying about it shows intent, and demand that Comey and the FBI reconsider charges. Then, in the second hour Levin could discuss the article on Trump's path to victory.

But, nooooo...

Levin led with his pathological bashing of Trump for an hour and didn't get to the Benghazi emails until 90 minutes later. By that time, I was getting home and turned off the radio to begin my evening chores at home.

Levin made the editorial decision to bury the Hillary Benghazi story on page B12, and run Trump's path to victory on Page 1 above the fold, just like a New York Times editor would do.

Levin is a problem now.

Furthermore, to use Levin's own words, it's the candidate, not the surrogates, not the media, not the pundits, who lose the elections. Levin speaks of this regarding Trump's position in the polls, but he disregards this when evaluating the truth of why Ted Cruz lost.

Levin constantly slips in remarks about attacking his wife or attacking his father - clear references to Trump's primary comments about Cruz. But let's have Levin explain why it was the candidate himself, and not others, who was responsible for his loss.

Ted Cruz's fortunes began to change when his "voting violation" mailer began to surface in Iowa. He should have known that people would be on the lookout for the dirty tricks the GOPe used against Chris McDaniel in Mississippi two years earlier, and this was of the kind.

Immediately following this was the caucus-night stories of the Cruz campaign spreading rumors that Ben Carson had dropped out of the race. This was the second strike against Cruz's "principled conservative" image that he was running on.

Cruz's third strike came in Chicago when he used the obvious Left-wing BLM attacks at Trump rallies to blame Trump for inciting violence. Everyone else understood what was happening, and saw Cruz's statements as crass opportunism and not a principled conservative position.

Doubts about Cruz now begin to go public.

Cruz's fourth strike was in Colorado, where he connived to win all the delegates with the smokey back room tactics. Fifth and sixth strikes piled up as subsequent primaries yielded Trump popular wins but Cruz delegate wins. NeverTrump was born, and "principled conservative" Cruz seemed to be behind it. Suddenly, the outsider appeared to be the consummate insider.

The last strike was the state-swapping "deal" with John Kasich, which it later seemed that Cruz double-crossed on even that.

Now people began to question if this was why nobody who worked with Cruz liked him. Nobody.

Put this in context with questions of Cruz's eligibility being the same as Vietnam war babies, and it's clear that Cruz defeated himself in the primary.

Now, we just have to get Levin to follow his own advice, resolve his issues and get his head straight, and get with the program of defeating Hillary Clinton.

Also, wasn’t it a Cruz campaign operative who went after Trump’s family first, provoking Trump into making the comments about Ted’s father?

I stopped listening to Levin and all of talk radio a while back. Levin can go suck his thumb with Beck.

I cannot listen without getting really angry, which I do less and less frequently. But yesterday, when he said “we have nominated the wrong candidate”, yesterday, was the last straw. No more Mark Levin for me. He needs to hold his criticism of Trump until AFTER the election. He is still crying over Cruz and the fact that most Americans (sadly) don’t care about our Constitution. Instead of manning up to defeat Hillary from the get go, he is standing on his pride and his ego. Sad. How a true patriot and a lover of the Constitution can do anything but support Trump all out in this particular election is mind blowing.

That’s exactly where Cruz lost me. I was a big supporter of Ted Cruz until he blamed Donald Trump for the violent protests against Donald Trump supporters.

Cruz’s first strike was utter impotency in the Senate/lying about his Canadian citizenship.

2nd Strike was working a deal with McConnell that resulted in Mississippi ‘14.

3rd Strike was when the Cruz campaign lied to Conservative Treehouse a year ago about what his “mathematical path to the Presidency” was — and then having George Will cover for him in a faux article about his math-path to the Presidency.

4th strike was lashing out at Sarah Palin when she endorsed Trump.

The Colorado primary rules changed, by the way, right after the first week that Trump was polling at No. 1 — which was a little over a year ago. They CHANGED THE PRIMARY RULES in COLORADO on purpose to thwart Trump.

As for Mark Levin — he lied about his son in law or future son in law working for Cruz.

He went nuclear on Sarah Palin for her tweeting Conservative Treehouse and lied about CT being “anti Israel”.

Levin must be a weirdo Freemason or something — his allegiances are unclear when the chips are down. He has NO reason for being against Trump if he really is a conservative.

I pray the good Lord would out people like Levin and reveal their true motives.

Oh, and forgot to mention Cruz’s last strike, which came after he lied about his Goldman loan...

Neil Bush worked for finances on Cruz’s campaign.

Let’s face it...

Since it’s now obvious that Ted Cruz was the GOPe’s Tea Party mole,

what does that make Mark Levin?

....” it’s clear that Cruz defeated himself in the primary”....

Yes. I overlooked some of the issues you mentioned realizing a candidate is in it to win and needs to navigate the terrain.....but Cruz went beyond that...and then to watch when he ultimately refused to endorse Trump at convention.....nor since. He’s done himself in even now.

Using the Carson drop out issue against Cruz is petty and inaccurate. This isn’t rue, but then again it is the internet, so who cares about the truth.

As a Cruz candidate, I now can see that he was “The Manchurian Candidate”. He is “all in” for the blending of countries ala the EU. For nation building and corruption as usual. I no longer believe that he believes his own stands, and that comes from his close ties to Glenn Beck, who could not be more obvious with his venal hatred of Trump. Sorry Glenn, Levin and Ted, to NOT choose is to choose. You three have chosen Hillary with the works of your mind and your hands.
