Sheer brilliance. Remittance payments are Mexico's #1 SOURCE OF REVENUE and Mexico would not want to see this gravy train stopped dead in its tracks! This is one of the reasons Mexico floods the U.S. with illegals!!!
I didn't see this mentioned in the memo, but financial institutions should also be FINED for issuing home loans to illegal aliens. This money could ALSO go towards building a wall.
