Netflix has a series “Caught on Camera” which focuses on Britain’s extensive network of CCTV cameras, and how they use them to identify problems on the street, and direct cops. While the cameras are great for sorting out “who started it”, it’s a joke when the bobbies show up.
They have no guns, and most people continue to fight or be disorderly while dragging the the cops around. It usually takes half a dozen to subdue even a 2 on 2 fight.
No one has any fear, because there is no lethal component involved.
