Jane you know the drill it is a misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment and technically they are both wrong.

Constitutional scholars are split on the issue of how birthright citizenship can be changed. Many believe all you need is for Congress to pass a law reversing it. Some even think an Executive order will suffice. Others believe it will take a Constitutional amendment. Regardless, it needs to be changed.
