Karl Rove said the other day, on Fox News, that the day before the election in 1984, Mondale had 120K people at his rally.
The following day, Reagan won 49 States.
Don Trump has had 10,000 to 30,000 at rallies for over a year, not just a one-off.
‘The following day, Reagan won 49 States.’
Hillary Clinton is no Ronald Reagan.
TWB
Just where was that Mondale rally?
Baloney
Rove is the same guy who didn't think Trump had a chance of winning the nomination!
Karl Rove is a propagandist for the Cheap Labor Express.
Dampening enthusiasm is his game.
Rove must have meant 20,000 and it was probably in his home State!
Karl Rove, as usual, is wrong.According to UPI, Mondale’s largest crowd was in NYC on Nov.1, 1984, when a crowd estimated at 100,000 greeted him and his running mate, Geraldine Ferraro. Since this was a UPI story, that number may be suspect. And Election Day was not “the next day,” but was on Tues., Nov. 6th.
Don’t believe much of what the fat little “expert” tells you.
Mondale predicted he will win the election next Tuesday, despite polls showing him far behind Reagan. ‘I need your help,’ he told the crowd. HEH HEH
