More than any other modern presidential candidate LBJ knew he had it in the bag, but still campaigned in September. Indeed, the Witch, knowing she had it fixed, kept on campaigning against Bernie until the end of the primary season. That tells me she has real, serious health problems that are keeping her off the trail.
