I know you live in New York, so tell me, is Harlem as bad as it's reputation would indicate? Didn't Bill Clinton get an office in Harlem?
Pretty sure he had it guarded pretty well, while being there to show that he was down with the bros.
Wisdom embraces a wide variety of circumstances, including why you’re where you are in the first place. There may be excellent reasons to tread into danger, but larks are not among them.
I was just there
Harlem above west 125th still sucks ....East Harlem from east 96-119 is gentrifying and so so......naive hipsterville whereas in my day the 70s and 80s all Harlem was injun country
And you still don’t want to break down on the major deegan in the south Bronx
But The New York boroughs have come up a lot...in 30 years
Parts of Newburgh and New Haven are as bad or worse
Newark top of course
