Horsehockey. HRC's motives are irrelevant WRT national security. The simple fact that classified material was on a server established and operated by her is enough to violate USC 18 as well as the National Security Act. Intent only comes into play when divining between 1st and 2nd degree homicide.

Yes and we still don't know how the class info got from the secure server (SKIF) to the unsecured one in the first place.

Somebody did it and it should not be hard to determine who. It was a clear violation of law. Go to the person who first transmitted it unsecure and demand to know how and why they did it.

The answer is that the FBI does not want to know.
