BS!! Clemson is more religious-oriented than 95% of all other campuses. "Praying" does not require placards or a megaphone.

Those who want to preach on campus will have to follow the rules and go where you wont disrupt classes.

Dude. Read the Constitution. Clemson still gets significant funds from the State. The Constitution is supposed to protect the free exercise of religion from State interference - including bodies funded by the State - not relegate it to a broom closet.

Public university, public sidewalk. If he isn’t violating some law such as obstructing traffic, setting up structures, using amplified sound, he can preach all he pleases with the full protection of the first amendment.
