He acted badly? For reporting to the Brazilian police that some of their corrupt cops robbed him of $400.00? Or are you talking about pissing behind the building and pulling down an advertisement? This behavior does not even rise to the level of "jaywalking", let alone any sort of petty crime.

I agree 100% w/ your post. I was about to write the same thing. Also some seem to think that because it was a free sign that makes it okay. Free or costing $500.00 it was not his to destroy. He is a 32 year old man who decided to act like a 16 year old punk.
