The Keith Richards thing is where Keith Richards went to France in the 1970’s for complete blood replacement because he was so addicted to Heroin that the only way they could keep him alive was to replace all of his blood.
I would argue that they are doing this to Hillary to keep her alive because what they are giving her to keep her fat ass alive will eventually kill her
