It’s no secret he is not smart enough learn the ins-and-outs of an NFL offense.

The NFL has seem lots of running quarterbacks that run because they don't know the offense.

Smart NFL teams are paying more attention to the Wonderlic test results. It is counterproductive to have a QB that only knows 25% of the offense.

This is also why wide receivers like Cordarrelle Patterson struggle. They don't know the patterns.
