That said, Multnomah County (Portland) always tells their total last; rumor (and likelihood) is they wait until the rest of the state is in so they know how many more votes they need to manufacture. If the state gov is corrupt (OR now went full Dem-tard) then they can do whatever they want.

I feel your pain and empathize with you. We have the same thing in WA State. I hate voting by mail and I liked voting in person.
