I suppose he means he's going to create jobs and spread prosperity...The only way any president can (help) create jobs is to get government out of the way. Prosperity will spread among those who are willing and equipped to take and work the resulting jobs. But you can't force the underclass to participate.

But you can't force the underclass to participate. Hunger used to force the underclass to participate. Since we aren't willing to let nature take it's course, what else ya got?
I predict sharing prosperity will not solve this problem.
