Trump is quite right to want to concentrate on reducing crime — and conversely, on increasing personal prosperity. There is no inherent reason for black people to keep on singing the blues as though that were their manifest destiny.
This statement shows such a lack of cognizance of the situation that I am literally dumbfounded that anyone would have said such a thing.
Their areas are "high-crime" precisely because they live there. Their feral young men without fathers *CAUSE* the high crime.
