Yes, prisons are filled with moral characters dispensing moral justice.
They don’t segregate child molestor and child killers from the general population for nothing because special housing units cost more to run and they hate spending that money
Vengeance along with jail money like stamps and cigarettes and just brute power are what runs prisoner culture in a serious joint

Prisons are filled with folks who got caught....usually told on by someone else looking for a get out of jail card for their own crime
That is without question how most got into federal prison....ratted out
And immoral men can on occasion take moral action...history is replete with that
