Of course it goes all the way to the Oval Office. You don’t control the FBI and DOJ from filing charges unless the pResident ordered it. They all deserve prison.

Do you seriously think Obama would be stupid enough to put a "smoking gun" in writing? The evidence will always be circumstantial and indirect.
Do you think organized criminal put their orders for hits out in the form of purchase orders? All that sort of thing is verbal, and even then, couched in "code."
Here’s my suspicion, crazy as it sounds:
There is something in Hitlery’s deleted emails that would tell the world that the birth certificate was fake. This would have brought the government to its knees, and the last 8 horrible years could be overturned. Hitlery must have had something on Obama, and vice versa. I can think of no other reason the two would “get along” and support each other.
And if he does, then what?
Nothing, nada, zip, nichts.
