(This picks up 97% of the media: They CANNOT AFFORD to hear or admit anything bad about Hillary into their minds, and so immediately attack ANY person who comes with “bad news” that might threaten their viewpoint/religion/biases. (Because trump is a racist, bigot, homophobe, hate-filled male misogynist fear-mongering, freak-mongering, nationalist (ewr, Nazi) white supremacist and MUST be defeated.
To answer the question: It does not make a trump voter a hillary voter, but rather attack trump, attacks trump voters, attacks trump persuaders, and boosts hillary excuses and promoters to existing hillary voters.
