Taki Mag (one of my favorite publications) fits that description. Although they've been around quite a bit longer than the "alt-right" term has. At least a couple of their authors are even verboten around these parts...

Takimag, VDare, Amren, Steve Sailer, the late Larry Auster, these could all arguably be writers and sites that predated or have been adopted by the alt-Right kids. And you’re right, these sites are considered too hot or dangerous to be allowed in these parts, even though they are tame compared to what else is out there. Of course a good deal of what National Review once printed would shock our current PC pearl clutchers so there’s that.
