OK, this is what I come up with from the totals at the bottom of the Q3 Scoreboard. Looks like the $88K goal has already been met. Hard to figure out the $56,699 showing on the Fundraising Header. What am I missing?
642 = # of Monthly Donors
$17.76 = Monthly - AVG
$11,404.84 = Monthly - Total for One Month
$34,211.52 = Monthly - Total for Q3 (extrapolated)
$55,909.24 = One-time Donor Total for Q3
$90,120.76 = Total for Q3
The $56,699.24 amount on the scoreboard is the amount we’ve actually received quarter-to-date and that includes one-time donations plus the monthlies that have already come in (about two-thirds of the total monthlies are already in). We process the monthlies about once per week during the quarter. You can see the batches of monthlies posted each week on the freepathon thread. We’re getting real close to the point where we will accrue the balance of the monthlies that will come in later (approx $12,000). After accruing the balance of the monthlies we should have something less than $19k to go. That should happen later today or tomorrow.
