Hi dearest onyx. So sorry you are having trouble with AT&T U-VERSE. I don't know what speed you signed up for (3Mbps, 6Mbps, etc.) but please try running their speed test Here's the link! a couple of times.

If it's substantially slower than what you paid for, they should identify the slow down problem and get you up to speed.

I'm working that site and following directions. SLOW again today. Something's gotta give.

Also trying to locate direct phone# to my "health" insurance carrier. YUGE disagreement with them. They do not want to pay for my prescriptions if I fill them here! WHAT? I'm on vacation!
