Bill spends some time in Little Rock but Hillary never does.
He has a 4th floor of the Clinton Presidential Center that is a residence. (the public elevators only go to floor 3).
The folks who work there call it the “love nest”.
The Univ of Arkansas has their School of Public Administration there also. Bill teaches class occasionally.
