The Mexican Cartel is cleaning out mom and pop drug labs (think meth and other synthetics) in Independence and Kansas City by burning them down and sending a message. The cartel profits are down what with the legalization of pot. There should be a death penalty for manufacture and distribution of non prescription drugs.
