Barry Bahrami went from incredulous to angry last month when California Gov. Jerry Brown signed a batch of firearms control laws known collectively as Gunmageddon.
Then, the San Diego-based CEO became determined to fight back against the laws, which take aim at so-called assault weapons, enforce ammunition background checks, mostly take effect Jan. 1 and outlaw the possession of high-capacity magazines and ban the "bullet buttons" that already require a tool to release the magazine, instead advocating that the rifle is partially disassembled, and that any rifle with a detachable magazine will be defined as an assault weapon.
"These laws are completely insane to almost anyone with a real knowledge of firearms, and I did not think Gov. Brown would sign them," Bahrami told FoxNews.com. "Many California gun owners are still unaware they will be criminals soon."

CA gov. Dem Jerry Brown and the Dem Legislature don't want citizens to have guns. Just think, it will be that way and worse in the entire country, if Hillary becomes president.
That is why it is critical to get out the vote for Trump in Nov.
You have to use a tool, then push a button to release the magazine? How does that work?
And now they climb up your *** when you want to buy a box of shells in CA?
Without a meaningful SCOTUS reprieve from infringement, Californians will lose most of their 2A. Uh, that’s a conservative SCOTUS. Elections have consequences.
So glad I bailed out of that sewer. I still live in a liberal state, but one that seems on a much slower road to tyranny. Told the wife I am out of here if it comes to that, and TS if she does not like colder winters.
M<y first rifle was an M1 carbine, .30 caliber, with a detachable clip that held 9 if you filled it all the way. It was a selectable with a semi-auto possibility but I never tried it out.
If I’m reading this right, they are saying any rifle with mid range ammo that feeds with a detachable clip, is considered an assault rifle. Well, in the case of my youth weapon, even the second generation M2 had a range of around 200 yards which disqualified it as defined to be an assault weapon. And the M2 had a greater range than the M!.
So that blows Moonbeam’s theory on the definition of an assault weapon. He’s signing bills for laws he knows nothing about.

Signed all 9 today...took awhile, but worth it. I may have to volunteer for the count/verify part.
