Not a chance. If you recall, Clinton was President when the USS Cole was attacked in October 2000 at the cost of 17 American sailors being killed and 39 injured. Not only didn't Clinton respond to that attack as he didn't respond to the WTC bombing in 1993, the Khobar Towers bombing in 1996 and the Tanzania embassy bombing in 1998, but he was responsible for the attack on the Cole by his Pentagon ordering the Cole's sentries to be unarmed.
That and Clinton was directly responsible for 911 he had OBL on more than one occasion and did nada zilch nothing
