Democrats cannot win if the GOP gets 20% of the black vote. Simply impossible. Black support may be higher when actual voting comes because of apathy among the other 80%.
__________

Agreed!

My brother got into a discussion with a couple of his company’s security guards....all ex-Army and black...over 50 years old. This was back in Feb....there in Alabama.

All five guys expressed the idea of voting for Trump even then. They weren’t joking...they wanted an economic change that Hillary could not deliver upon.

I think you will see this throughout the south....with 20-to-30 percent of blacks voting this way.

It destroys the Democrat model of expected voting and would repeat in 2020. I think the Republicans should do some things to prove they want to undo what the Democrats have done for the black community over the past forty years. I’m not expecting miracles, but delivering on jobs in urban areas would really help.

Bet he does better than that on game day. I'm thinking he'll be closer to 30% It's one thing to worry about BLM and their ilk coming after you for your opinion, but quite another to be anonymously behind the voting curtain.

How can Trump only score 43% if he is winning 20% of the black vote?
