It’s more likely the composition of the white vote. At 40% Hispanic i would suspect the oversampling is the older age groups in the Southeast of the state, the only real area beside Hillsborough County, that goes Democrat.

Possible, but something is certainly off with the sampling at some level, Trump is up with I’s by 10-20% depending on the poll, if he’s double his support among Blacks compared to a typical republican as well, there is no way he’s only up 2, something is off somewhere in the sampling or filtering of the raw data.
