If Trump is going to win a larger than normal share of the black vote, then he has to place ads on BET as well as go on black radio and campaign in the inner cities of Detroit, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Baltimore, Cleveland and any other inner city in a swing state.
