Nope....people with MS don’t rock like that.
I think Weston mentioned “Cerebral Palsy with normal intelligence”. CP isn’t MS. (Probably too young for MS. Don’t symptoms hold off until a person is in their 30s?)
He seemed to understand what was being said, and reacted at the appropriate times.
