Morning RoH,

My elderly aunt started eating oatmeal every morning some years ago (she often added raisins, walnuts, apples, cinnamon, etc. to it). Her bad cholesterol decreased dramatically and her good cholesterol was great.

Yep, I eat it frequently, my total cholesterol has been very low for years compared to pre-oatmeal days....
