Unfortunately found a great “hole in the wall” Mexican restaurant the other day. Now we shall see how strong our will power is to only frequent it on a limited basis!!
Not to turn this in to a food thread but...
I find “hole in the wall” places to be some of the best.
AZ and NM Mexican food each have their own distinct flavor as well as terminology, burro over burrito.
And love the sopapillas one gets with each meal in NM.
