What an ignorant asshole. A grandkid with zero respect for what got him a fortune.

Is this the original, good, recipe, or the (comparatively) crap one they sell now?

I’ve got all the ingredients except the ‘origino’.

Interesting about the white pepper. I would have never guessed about mustard and ginger either.

Colonel Sanders’ recipe was the best throughout the last portion of the 20th century but was been surpassed by Popeye’s Cajun recipe more than a decade ago. Try it and you will wonder why you ever thought that the fake colonel’s was anything special.

This recipe is bogus. I have the original recipe somewhere, and there is a lot of MSG in it, about 1/2 of the white flour here if I recall correctly. If anyone wants it, PM me, and I might be able to dig it up.

Wow, good thing they kept that handwritten recipe paper in an oxygen free environment. Looks like they just wrote it.

YUM! Brands, current owners of KFC, will NOT be pleased.

I like Popeye’s better, anyway. Then there is Smithfield’s in the south — to die for. The mid-states have the best gas station fried chicken anywhere at Royal Farms.

It isn’t a problem since KFC doesn’t use it anyway. The recipe today is primarily salt.
