Anyway, thanks for the info.! I might try writing (to the form) and at the end requesting that they not add me to any e-mail lists or distribute my e-mail address.

I've been corresponding with them for nearly a decade, and am not on any strange e-mail list yet. I doubt you'll have any problems.
