I am surprised, really I am. First this is from AP and second she only had pay to play with only %50 of people she met. I find that hard to believe she did have more.

I’m willing to believe that 99.44 percent of the people she had pay to play with via the Klinton foundation met with her at State. The reason AP describes it as half is that there were, of course, other meetings she would have had at State that didn’t involve pay to play.

The 154 did not include U.S. federal employees or foreign government representatives. Clinton met with representatives of at least 16 foreign governments that donated as much as $170 million to the Clinton charity, but they were not included in AP's calculations because such meetings would presumably have been part of her diplomatic duties.
