According to the cross-tabs Richmond and Northern Virginia are leaning Clinton.
I expect NOVA to go Clinton so its no big deal.
VA is basically a red state, save for a few inner city zip codes in Richmond and Tidewater / Southside, and the NOVA dragon.
Too many metrosexuals in NOVA vote with their “feelings” and “fairness”...
And Tidewater. None of these are major surprises.
