Do they have to say “People of Color lives matter” now?
Had a history class years ago in college where the elderly white professor used the term “niggardly” and caught holy hell from all the persons of Negro color. I thought it was funnier than hell because he was a liberal apologist.
I haven’t heard that term in ages.
My grandmother used to call them darkies, and that always made me cringe.
“As a liberal Democrat she’s allowed to make such remarks; nothing to see here folks move along.”
There was a Doonsbury strip on this two decades ago, where the guy was trying to tell his mother no not negro or colored people, say african american or people of color. Finally the mother said people of color, I can just shorten it to colored people.
