I saw a doc the other day about the long shadow of the Great War, and the thing that struck me was the reason the British didn’t rearm and prepare for the looming Nazi menace was the politicians were so wracked with guilt about all the boys that had died in the Big One. The guilt - it reminded me of today.
Like most leftist fringe groups, they want to tear down the system but have exactly zero plans on what to replace it with. All they care about is “get rid of it” never considering that removing the existing structure leads to warlord style rule by the gun.
Around my part of the country BLM members tend not to be Black. They look more like the occupy crowd.
