Yep. That is the guy. Gary Aldrich initially thought he was a good guy who was in over his head, and eventually came to believe he was not to be trusted, and was still in over his head. He was of the opinion that Craig Livingstone was totally and completely unqualified for what he was being asked to do.
No one ever admitted to hiring Livingstone... that was one corrupt White House... everything for sale - even nights in the bedrooms - like a friggin' boarding house.
