FRiend, I've tried yoga, I do acupuncture, I've had cortisone injected into my spine, I've had an operation to kill the nerves in that area. I stretch that area every day.
I eat heaping teaspoons of turmeric in an attempt to utilize the anti inflammatory traits of that spice.
If there is another option, I am willing to give it a try.
Sadly, nothing does what MJ does. I wish there was something that did.
I've noticed that people who do the bridge regularly never have any complaints about their back.
I just find it hard to accept that there are problems in life which can only be solved by becoming a pothead.
