I agree with that. I don’t think they know yet how they are going to find all of these people and get them out of here.
It will be tough because I can guarantee you that there are far more than 11 million illegals in the US.
Gathering these people would have to be done by localities because it is much too massive a task to handle any other way.
Many, many employers are NOT using e-verify because NO ONE is enforcing it!! Once it is enforced you can believe WE will find them and you are VERY CORRECT in the number being MUCH HIGHER, hell I think WE have that many ALONE IN CA.!!!

Only ones that need to be hunted down are those who have jobs that have over stayed their work or school visa. The employees have looked the other way Get serious and they will become legal quick or leave
