Great pics, lived in the mountains of northern New Mexico and saw large herds up there frequently.....

Family member couple love going there often as only 3 hours from their home. They have seen the large herds....they actually counted 160 before they lost count in one herd....and another nearby of 120 plus.....had to be an amazing sight! ...They gather at this Elk mountain every year.
