Leave that state. Leave it at a loss. I did, and I’m WAY happier.
Lost about $250k in assets. But the market was terrible, I couldn’t sell. tried for 6 years.
Finally I just walked away. Best decision - I wasted 6 years of my life trying to make a clean break.
I expect I will probably not for another year, however.
As I guess you know, CT just politically imploded over the last decade.
