We were actually taught that in High School, girls were taught to make sure the seams in their nylons were straight. lol
Good grief, these days we are old fogeys if we still WEAR stockings! I kinda laugh, because my mother would have a stroke if she thought I was going out somewhere in heels and NOT wearing stockings! And especially church....I KNOW she would have a stroke if I went to church without wearing stockings under my skirt!
